 Post subject: Libsyn charging us twice?

When the price change occured, there was some confusion in upgrading and for the last three months, Libsyn has charged our Paypal AND our credit card, thus charging us $48 a month for a $24 account. I've tried emailing customer support with no response at all.

How do I go about getting this resolved in a more timely fashion? September 1st is fast approaching and I can't afford an extra $24 coming out of our account again and we need to do something about the extra $72 we've already paid that we shouldn't have had to pay in the first place!

Please help!

Yeah, well, I did contact support@libsyn.com when I was double-billed last month. Nobody ever responded. I was double-billed again this month.

For me, this month it looked like my payment failed, even though it should not have. I sent an email to support@libsyn.com to see what is going on. I am eagerly awaiting the response.
